首先在 repository 中检查当前 package 版本，并运行报告中的命令 pip wheel -e . -w wheels --no-deps。将生成的 package 与 PyPI 上发布的版本进行比较，然后确定 repository 的 release 步骤。当最新的 bugfix 作为当前可安装的 arrowhead-client 版本在 PyPI 上可用时，即表示完成。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
描述
The version here in the repository contains the latest bugfix which is needed for using the library.
Unfortunately, the current version in pypi doesn't contain the fix. Maybe it's the caching issue again.
As workaround:
Checkout the repo and build your own .whl file from it.
e.g. pip wheel -e . -w wheels --no-deps
Then, you use it in your new project, e.g:
pip install arrowhead-client arrowhead_client-0.4.3a0-py3-none-any.whl
On the long run it would be nice to have the current latest version in the pypi repo.
