https://github.com/apache/tvm/blob/main/python/tvm/relax/frontend/torch/base_fx_graph_translator.py#L3129 tries to convert torch slice action to relax ops, but it does not remove the selected dimension.

print(torch.compile(foo, backend = "tvm")(torch.randn(3, 2, 2), torch.randn(3, 2))) # will throw ValueError
