- I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

I started ops ide devel which in turn invokes npm run dev
Ⅱ. Describe what happened
when I terminate with ^c the command npm run devis still in the background
Ⅲ. Describe what you expected to happen
it should propagate and terminate
Ⅳ. How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)
ops ide devel with the svelte starter
Ⅴ. Anything else we need to know?
In a past implementation I used process groups to propagate signals to subprocesses
