描述
The ManifestWriter/ManifestListWriter API uses the std::shared_ptr<FileIO> parameter for the IO interface,
which actually should be an internal arrow::ArrowFileSystemFileIO (not publicly accessible).
It appears that only the fs() is actually utilized.
