Motivation
Rust Arrow batch scan results do not expose the source log batch schema ID, which is already available through Java ArrowBatchData.getSchemaId().
Solution
Expose this metadata in Rust, Python and C++. Preserve the source ID through slicing, projection and schema alignment, and return NO_SCHEMA_ID (-1) when unavailable, including limit scan results.
