Point that build at the fluss-rpc file and delete the copy. Done when the Rust client still builds and generates its code from the single canonical proto.

Description
Since Fluss is a monorepo, there’s no need to keep a separate copy of FlussApi.proto for Rust. Both Java and Rust can use the canonical file in fluss-rpc.
