[Bug] Chart release fails because docker/login-action is no longer allowed

描述
The Helm repo still stops at 1.0.3-beta15, even though #382 updated the chart to 1.0.3-beta18.
The release workflow failed before any jobs started. GitHub reports that docker/login-action@4907a6ddec9925e35a0a9e82d7399ccc52663121 is not allowed by ASF's Actions policy.
Please update it to an approved SHA and run the release workflow again. The current ASF allowlist includes dbcb813823bdd20940b903addbd779551569679f (v4.6.0).
