On line https://github.com/apache/datafusion/blob/main/datafusion/physical-expr/src/projection.rs#L796 when computing Statistics::total_byte_size the stats in ColumnStatistics::byte_size are not queried.

Expected behavior
I would expect the sum of Precision::Exact (or even Inexact) to be used
Additional context
Statistics::total_byte_size is used in join planning
