Start by running the attached repro_pax_sparse_filter_isnull_after_delete.sql against a database and comparing its output with the attached .log. Then confirm the bug by toggling the pax.enable_sparse_filter setting off and on, since the report says disabling it gives the correct result. The PAX sparse-filter read path and DELETE visibility handling are the likely areas, but the payload does not name the source files. Done means a WHERE c0 IS NULL query after the DELETE returns the same rows with the sparse filter on as with it off.

What happened
Description
After a DELETE on a pax table, WHERE c0 IS NULL returns fewer rows than expected (2 NULL rows remain, the query returns 0). With SET pax.enable_sparse_filter = off the result is correct. See repro_pax_sparse_filter_isnull_after_delete.sql / repro_pax_sparse_filter_isnull_after_delete.log.
