Description
.twig files render without any syntax colors in the desktop app: the file viewer, review diffs and code blocks all show plain text. Same for jinja, liquid, blade and handlebars.
Cause
The app embeds @pierre/[email protected] (via @pierre/[email protected]). That version ships 80 languages and has no lexer for twig, so the file falls back to plain text.
Fix
@pierre/[email protected] is the first version with twig, jinja, liquid, blade, handlebars, haml and pug; 0.4.0 ships 152 languages. @pierre/[email protected] depends on 0.3.0 and 1.6.4 on 0.4.0, so bumping @pierre/diffs brings the lexer in. Avoid 1.6.3, published with a workspace:* dependency.
Evidence
Tested against the packages directly, using the app's own OpenCode theme:
@pierre/[email protected]+@pierre/[email protected]:.twigresolves totwig, falls back totext, and the sample renders in a single color.@pierre/[email protected]+@pierre/[email protected]: the same sample renders as 32 tokens across 8 syntax colors.- The exports the app uses are identical in both versions, and the theme resolver and Highlights backend are unchanged, so no app code change should be needed.
