Problem

Calling run_cloud_sync on a connection whose status is inactive (after update_cloud_connection(enabled=False)) surfaces the raw API error:

API error occurred: Status 409
{"status":409,"title":"state-conflict","detail":"State conflict","data":{"message":"Could not fulfill request"}}

Nothing tells the agent that the connection is disabled or that update_cloud_connection(enabled=True) fixes it.

Proposal

Either pre-check the connection status and raise a PyAirbyteInputError with that guidance, or catch the 409 and append a hint.
