Description
After aidd telemetry off, aidd telemetry status says the clone never opted in. The clone did run on; it later turned measurement off. The no-consent reason covers both "never ran on" and "ran off", and the display only knows the first.

Expected behaviour
status after off says measurement was turned off in this clone, and how to turn it back on. A clone that never ran on keeps today's message.
