描述
Bug
load_blob_file_paths_from_azure interpolates blob.name directly into an HTTPS URL. Blob names containing URL-reserved characters such as # or ? produce malformed URLs: # starts a fragment and ? starts a query before the SAS token, so the returned URL no longer addresses the intended blob and may lose its SAS query.
Expected behavior
Percent-encode the blob path while preserving / separators, so every returned URL addresses the listed blob and retains the SAS token as its query.
Evidence
Tracked source: python/deeplake/integrations/labelbox/labelbox_azure_utils.py. load_blob_file_paths_from_azure constructs the URL from blob.name and appends the SAS query without path quoting. No tests or builds were run during this audit slice.
