Per docs:
All available versions that we can download are listed in versions.json file.
The json file has entry for PyPy version 8.0.0 and python_version 3.11.16, yet in Github Actions I got the previous stable release (v7.3.23) for selector "python-version: pypy3.11". See pr example: https://github.com/mpmath/mpmath/pull/1189
