比较 vulnerabilities/pipelines/v2_importers/pysec_importer.py 与 vulnerabilities/pipelines/v2_importers/pypa_importer.py，并验证它们是否导入相同的数据。检查链接的 PyPA advisory 和 PyPI zip source，然后在确认存在重叠后移除 PySEC importer；完成的标准是保留 PyPA importer 作为相关来源。

Currently we have both importers and they are potentially importing same data, we need to verify and remove pysec_importer since pypa_importer provides more better and closer source like this:
