Identify its current step definitions and the available DB scanning steps, then remove the three named toolkit scan steps and use the DB scanning steps. Done when the pipeline uses DB scanning only and no longer includes run_scan, load_inventory_from_toolkit_scan, or make_summary_from_scan_results.

As reference in https://github.com/aboutcode-org/scancode.io/pull/2209#issuecomment-6260325539 , the current steps in ScanMavenPipeline is not correct and we need to drop the toolkit scan steps: run_scan, load_inventory_from_toolkit_scan and make_summary_from_scan_results and use the DB scanning steps only.
