When downloading from Git/GH repo main/master/default branch, find the exact commit, rather a ref that is not pointing to a specific commit.
For instance rather than https://github.com/aboutcode-org/license-expression/archive/refs/heads/main.zip the download URL should be updated to point to the current, latest commit in that branch e.g., https://github.com/aboutcode-org/license-expression/archive/a3c00c09986bcca1240afd5b1844b56de3f581c1.zip
