Since we treat the to and from directories specially in context of d2d, any archive names which start with to and from are problematic and could be wrongly assigned to the opposite side.

Example: https://github.com/ton-blockchain/ton/archive/refs/tags/v2024.12-1.zip#from has the archive name: ton-2024.12-1.zip and is wrongly being copied to the to side (and the from side too) even though this is a source archive.
