Separate csv formatted output in Deltacode

检查 etc/scripts 下的脚本，并跟踪现有的 Deltacode 输出路径，以确认生成 CSV 的脚本当前是如何未被使用的。实现通过参数控制在两种输出模式之间进行选择，然后验证每种模式都能生成其预期输出。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
描述
Since we are already having a script for generating CSV formatted output in Deltacode @here but this script is not called as such.
It would be nice if we provide users with a toggle between the two output modes as per convenience, via passed arguments.
