Start by reviewing each table example in plot.data, including variable coverage, mosaic stats, box plot stats, and the R^2 scatter table, then inspect the frontend needs noted in web-eda issue 1253. Define a standardized response for the cases that can share a structure and coordinate the corresponding VizStatsTable component work. Done means the standardized response and component support the agreed table examples.

描述
We return data for four tables so far:
- The variable coverage table
- mosaic stats table
- box plot stats table
- R^2 table in scatter
Ideally these would all have the same structure so that the front end can use a generic VizStatsTable component. May only be able to standardize 2-4 but still.
To Dos
- Look at each example of how we use table and figure out what data is needed (on front end, too) for each
- Create standardized response
- Create/implement new component in web-eda (see https://github.com/VEuPathDB/web-eda/issues/1253)
