The issue does not name an implementation file, test, or entry point. First clarify how the y-axis should represent missing or NA values when showMissingness uses the allVariables option, then locate the boxplot implementation and its tests. - chiefly, what do we do about the yaxis? i cant determine the mean of 'no data' or NA for ex.. if we ignore them, then its not really 'allVariables' were returning no data values for..
