tiny bin widths create stacking overlay artifacts

描述

when sliding the bin width slider low - all the way to lowest left - the histogram now longer displays anything. We should not allow the binWidth to go so low that it cannot graph anything. UPDATE: we no longer have white borders on histograms so they don't disappear any more but still some issues remain, see comments below.

I have tested it on other studies. The following screenshot is from India ICEMR Behavior Cross-sectional study.
