API Reference docs page: How about using numbered headings

描述
The sectioning of the API References page is a little hard to navigate, i.e. sections are sometimes divided per Grid/UxDataArray/UxDataset, but they are sub-sections other times.
Maybe we should number headings, e.g. :
- Top Level Functions
- Tutorial
- Grid
3.1. Constructors
