The issue does not name a file, test, or command entry point. Start by locating where Transcrypt's version and Python runtime version are defined and where the command begins; done means an incompatible version is detected when Transcrypt runs and a compatible version continues normally.

描述
Since the version of Transcrypt is coupled with the version of Python, can Transcrypt do a version check when run to make sure that the Python version being used matches the Transcrypt version? This is a common error people seem to have and I'd imagine it shouldn't be too difficult to implement.
