Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it
When I am dragging the column resize handle and perform an action that takes focus away without triggering a mouseup event, the table still acts as though the drag is occurring even though the mouse isn't clicked. This can be triggered by taking a screenshot or using Ctrl+Shift+Tab or Alt+Tab to move to a different window.
In the video below, I click on the column resize handle and start dragging it. I then use Ctrl+Shift+Tab to switch to a different tab. During the switch, the mouse is still pressed and so mouseup never fires. I then release the mouse and switch back to the TanStack Table app tab. Now, the mouse is still released but the drag is still in progress and the resize handle follows the mouse pointer until I click again.
