Word Spell Check 1.5 doesn't save last language used

首先，使用 settings.xml 中的 LastTesseractSpellCheck 和 SpellCheckLanguage 条目，复现 Word Spell Check 1.5 中的语言重置以及 OCR 拼写检查重置。检查 es_PE 是否以选中状态保存并恢复，以及插件是否会在询问单词之前查询名称/噪声列表。两种语言选择都能持久保存且已知单词会被跳过，即表示完成。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
描述
It keeps defaulting to English (United States) no matter what language I've previously selected. I'm using latest published beta and Word 2019. With previous version it was working fine.
Though, I don't know if its a problem with this plugin or if is a problem with SubtitleEdit because the OCR spell check language isn't saving either, I keep selecting es_PE and it keeps turning back to es_ANY. I have even edited manually the settings.xml file with this:
<LastTesseractSpellCheck>es_PE</LastTesseractSpellCheck>
<SpellCheckLanguage>es_PE</SpellCheckLanguage>
But it doesn't matter, it keeps defaulting to es_ANY.
Oh, and it seem that the plugin is not using the name/noise list because it keeps asking me about words that are already in the name list (because I added them when OCRing)
