No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the backend dependency manifest and inspecting the dependency tree, then trace the serde, rocket, and webrtc usage. Done means reducing the dependency count while addressing the listed procedural macros and evaluating a more minimal alternative to webrtc.

Currently, we're sitting at a whopping 400 dependencies on the backend!
It'd be nice to trim that down to something more manageable.
