Start by locating the Manage Access modal and reviewing the linked design, then inspect User Preferences and the contacts-pane to understand where agent and group settings belong. Clarify whether both users and groups need configurable colors and which existing color configuration should be reused; done means the agreed settings are available and distinct colors appear in the access list.

描述
In the design it looks like different colors appear for different "Agents" which are Users with a Profile id or groups for that matter. We should have a way to find a specific color for an Agent or an agentGroup.
this could be the one in User Preferences in the new design below.
And for groups I wonder if we can add configuration for this in contacts-pane (if we want to do this I can create a ticket there)
