Removing global to make it gradio usable across multiple sessions

Start in src/agentlab/analyze/agent_xray.py near line 591, where the issue says a global is used, and find every module-level variable the Gradio callbacks read or write. Reproduce the desync by opening Agent XRay in two browser tabs and changing the selection in one. Done means each tab keeps its own state while the same app still runs, but no test or check is named in the payload, so confirm the expected behaviour with a maintainer first.
