描述
From the review of https://github.com/STRML/quantdiff/pull/2 (P3, not blocking). ci.yml installs CPU torch, then requirements.txt (bare torch) in a second pip call. If a dependency ever pins a different torch, the second call can swap in the CUDA wheel from PyPI. It would cost CI time, not correctness. Fix: one call, pip install -r requirements.txt --extra-index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cpu, or a constraints file pinning the CPU wheel.
