评估

首先定位 cpufeatures 的实现及其架构特定的 CPU 探测路径。阅读链接的 stdarch 和 gcc libgo 参考资料，以比较通过 stfle 处理 s390x 的方式。完成的标准是添加 s390x 支持，并由项目的相关测试覆盖。
