Expected Behavior
OrderProperties exposes a mechanism for the common PostOnly flag to be consumed via IFillModel implementations
Actual Behavior
A custom fill model requires explicit type checking to check the PostOnly flag
Potential Solution
Provide an IPostOnlyProvider (thinking of the ISymbolProvider naming convention)
