Read the ToCupy implementation and the referenced example in pylops/utils/backend.py around line 547 to see how device selection is handled. Done means ToCupy accepts a device parameter and moves the array to the requested device; check the relevant tests, though none are named in the issue.

The ToCupy operator does not allow one to choose on which device the array will be moved to. Add a device parameter allowing the user to specify it. This can follow what we already do here https://github.com/PyLops/pylops/blob/81b6ff9e07a90639998b7955d9b50477c0cf5a8d/pylops/utils/backend.py#L547
