Is your feature request related to a problem?
We lack a common validator for Content Safety, which means we have to rely on separate validators like profanity_free and uli_slur_list, causing redundancy and inconsistency.
Describe the solution you'd like
Create a unified Content Safety wrapper validator that streamlines the process by calling the existing validators internally.

Add a common validator for Content Safety. This is basically a common validator built on top of existing profanity_free and uli_slur_list validators.
Describe the solution you'd like
A unified Content Safety wrapper validator that internally takes care of individually calling the constituent validators.
