Steps to reproduce

Use ShowParameterHelp on "core" cmdlet parameter like Get-Process. Other non core modules appear to function correctly like Install-PSResource ProcessEx.

Expected behavior

Should show [type] between angle brackets.

Actual behavior

[type] is empty between the angle brackets.
