The payload names no source files, so start by finding where parameter type validation emits "is not a string" and where the secret() function result is resolved. Run the YAML from the report to reproduce the error. Done means a secureString parameter returned by secret() can be used in a string property and the value is written in clear text, with a test covering it.

Summary
The secureString parameter handling should be consistent with ARM templates usage. I need to be able to retrieve a secret from somewhere and pass it any property of any resource that accepts a string.
Steps to reproduce
