Summary
When running dsc server and piping in parameters, the outer "parameters" wrapper is not supported. For instance:
parameters:
message: Hello from the dscd parameters file!
is not supported. Only this is supported:
message: Hello from the dscd parameters file!
Both formats should be supported in the same way that the parameters file can be either format.
