Problem

  • The page index (index/nl) has the heading page-index: Nederlands. The key page-index, used in system/datatypes/index.php:77, is missing from en.php and nl.php, so __() shows the key itself.
  • Under the command bar a logged-in user reads ingelogd als naam, in lower case. Elsewhere the Dutch texts say "aangemeld".

Expected

  • Pagina-index: Nederlands (English: Page index: English).
  • Aangemeld als naam (English: Logged in as name).
  • The other Dutch texts with "ingelogd" use "aangemeld" as well.
