Follow-up to #262 (which now removes protected entries a command created while they were absent) and #127.
- A top-level protected name that is a symlink (for example
CLAUDE.md -> AGENTS.md) is not protected itself, because the sandbox protects paths and a command can replace the link. - Only top-level entries are covered. Editors read
.vscodefrom the opened folder, so a subfolder opened on its own is not protected. - #262 undoes after the command ends; the entry exists while the command runs, and is only reported (not removed) when another sandboxed command overlaps.
