Describe the solution you'd like

There should probably be a menu for jewellery which lets you add modifier multipliers to an item. This would probably not be very difficult as it is about the same procedure as volatile vaal orbs. Optimally there would be a checkbox or something for the legacy rolls which had a bigger roll range.
