Start by tracing how --appdata and --config are parsed and how AppInfo and its static objects initialize. Check the preset and plugin manager paths, then verify that the supplied paths are set before any dependent objects initialize and that the example command no longer creates or uses the default directories.

Steps to Reproduce
Use the --appdata or --config arguements.
Other AppInfo paths, preset & plugin manager doesn't actually use the provided path, and default to the usuals.
Expected Behavior
AppInfo should take multiple arguments, and should set them before initializing any paths.
Observed Behavior
When attempting to use AppInfo in any way, we are stuck waiting for it to initialize eveyr static objects, including an instance of AppInfo.
Only then we can set the path specified with arguments.
But by that point, it's already too late.
The other path are already initialized with the wrong appdata directory, the Plugin & Preset manager also have the wrong paths.
Example :
--appdata C:/Users/tinta/Documents/Repo/C#/OTD/Source/OpenTabletDriver-0.6.4.0/bin/userdata
