The issue points to src/bindings/PyDP/base/status.cpp and the result/ methods that currently raise RuntimeError. Read status.cpp first, then trace those error paths; done means exposing the available StatusOR details instead of only a generic runtime error.

Feature Description
Right now when an error occurs during result/ any other method, we are simply raising a runtime error. Though, we are getting a lot of information from the base::StatusOR.
We already have an implementation of statusor.
It would be great if we can integrate this runtime error to this statusor so we can get more error details.
