The issue asks CI to cover clean installs and upgrades from the prior release so installer bugs like those in #464 are caught. Start from the existing CI configuration and the installer artifacts in this repository (the description states installers live here). Done means automated scenarios that install fresh, upgrade from the last release, confirm the previous version is gone, and that the server starts.

描述
CI passes, but doesn't catch issues introduced by the installers (#464). Updates are similarly challenging to verify that prior versions area removed and the server boots properly. Add scenarios for clean-install and upgrade-install from the prior release.
