AGENTS.md's hardware table tells contributors to wire the TMP108's V+
to either 3.3 V or 5 V:

attributes the permission to the datasheet.

Why it matters
This is the wiring recipe a new contributor or agent follows before
running any of the five examples. 5 V is 1 V above the absolute maximum,
so following the instruction risks permanently damaging the part — and
unlike every other finding in this audit, no amount of driver-side
handling can recover from it.
The Pico de Gallo host adapter can source 5 V, so this is reachable, not
theoretical.
Suggested fix
Drop the 5 V option and state the documented range:

Raised by the datasheet compliance audit of PR #77 against the four
