An action usage whose value is an invocation expression, written without an explicit type, does not expose the invoked action's parameters to member access. Validation reports unresolved member for a parameter that the invoked definition declares, and the model cannot be executed.

The result is the same on develop at 3d45ca6fb.
Expected
run is the result of Base(x = 3, z = 7), which is typed by Base, so run.r resolves to Base::r and the model runs with result = 7.
Writing the type explicitly, then action run : Base = Base(x = 3, z = 7);, resolves run.r and runs with result = run.r = run.z = 7. That suggests the member lookup on run does not use the type implied by its invocation value.
