Description

We want to be able to edit the values in the competition documents section of the executive summary page. By clicking the pencil icon next to the Competition Documents title, admin and ops team should be able to edit the values in line.

Acceptance Criteria

• pencil icon next to competition documents title to edit submitted on time and first submission rejected fields
• only numeric values are accepted
• pencil icon is only visible to admin/ops team
• values become editable inline when the edit button is selected

Proposed Solution

• update CompetitionDocuments.tsx to have a pencil icon next to the title
• when the pencil icon is clicked, the texts boxes become editable in line
• use the useEditCompetitionDocuments hook to save the values
