[need help] app crash on App Store review at first button press

描述
The app works fine when testing via TestFlight or distributing as adhoc but crashes when submitted to App Store for review on the first button click. The app communicates fine with our api before the crash according to the logs there.
There is no crash reported by Firebase Crashlytics in the console either
atop isn't giving us anything either
