Problems creating CFA variables with `cf.write` from aggregation-promoted field ancillaries

描述
When writing as aggregation variables field ancillary constructs that have been created by property-promotion via cf.aggregate we get:
AggregationError: Can't write <CF FieldAncillary: id%table_id(12) > as a CF aggregation variable.
This could be because some fragment values in memory have been changed relative
to those in the fragment datasets, or a Dask rechunking has occured, etc.
This should work, and is a bug relating to the fact that nc_get_aggregation_write_status is False on the field ancillary variables, when it should have been set to True in cf.aggregate
