I am an individual AI enthusiast and self-learner based in China. I am writing to formally apply for access permission to download the full weights of MiniMax-H3 text-to-video multimodal model.
My usage scope is strictly limited to personal non-commercial purposes only:
- Study the technical framework and operational principle of large-scale multimodal video generation models;
- Create gentle, daily-themed children short videos exclusively for personal viewing, no commercial profit, no public sharing or dissemination.
I solemnly promise to abide by all clauses of the MiniMax-H3 open-source community license:
I will never resell, redistribute, transfer or leak the model weights to any third party, and will not utilize the model to generate violent, pornographic, illegal, harmful or inappropriate content.
