Summary
The PowerShell team has decided to remove the Update Notification feature from PowerShell:
https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/pull/28242
The change will be backported to 7.6. So, the about_Update_Notifications doc needs to be removed for v7.6 onwards.
